PERL, PHP, and MySQL Database Programming is charged hourly with quarter-hour increments at $150 per hour.

Flash and Javascripts is charged hourly with quarter-hour increments at $100 per hour.
Maintenance plans are charged according to the volume of changes and is charged monthly, or according to some predetermined schedule. An important aspect of maintenance is the routine re-registration of your site with the search engines in order to keep as high in their hit-list as possible. Beyond the tricks and techniques used in the actual programming of your site, re-registration is very important. I can do that on as on-demand basis or through a regular maintenance contract with your company, or set you up with a Search Engine Positioning company for better results.
